Massachusetts Antique Fire Apparatus
FLEA MARKET APPLICATION, RULES, REGULATIONS AND VENDOR AGREEMENT
ONLY FIREMATIC RELATED GOODS and/or SERVICES MAY BE OFFERED FOR SALE.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 1st,
THERE WILL BE NO ON SITE REGISTRATION. NO EXCEPTIONS !
MAFAA, Inc. reserves the right to deny or limit space to any applicant.
There is no rain date; NO refunds are given for any reason.
Only One (1) Vendor will be allowed in each vendor space.
A single space is approximately 12’ x 12’; all materials are to be located within the assigned space. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs.
NO ELECTRICITY is supplied.
Set up time will commence at 7:00 AM. THERE WILL BE NO VENDOR SET UP AFTER 9:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any vendor leaving before 2:00PM may not be allowed to return next year.
The Flea Market will be open to the public from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM.
ALL SPACES ARE ASSIGNED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FLEA MARKET COMMITTEE ON AN AVAILABILITY BASIS. In the event your application is not accepted, your check will be returned with an explanation.
The price per space with pre-registration is $30.00 payable to Shriners Transportation Fund
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL OF THE TRASH AND EMPTY BOXES FROM THEIR SPACE
In the interest of public safety and in accordance with the wishes of our hosts.
(The Show Safety Officer has the oversight responsibility of the Flea Market)NO DOGS, BIKES, ROLLERBLADES or SKATEBOARDSWILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES
All vendors certify by signing this application that they have a Current Massachusetts Sales and Use Tax Number.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are permitted. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be asked to leave immediately and will be subject to any subsequent legal action as may be appropriate.

SPAAMFAA and Shriners Hospitals for Children® or the owner and/or management of the property on which this event is held against all claims, demands, judgments, suits or actions for injury or damage alleged to have been sustained by any party arising out of our participation in this event.
